Terms and conditions
- The “Three for FREE” offer is promoted by YB Communications Limited, trading as Northern Telecom and is available to new customers.
- The FREE installation applies to the set-up and installation of your new phone system. If additional work is required (for example to install structured networking within your property) this can be quoted for separately.
- FREE call allowance includes 2000 minutes of inclusive calls per user licence to UK 01, 02, 03 and 07 mobile numbers.
- Your first three months user licences for MyTelecoms Cloud™ will be completely free. This is contingent on a minimum contract term of 36 months. If you contract with us for other services (such as broadband or mobile services) these will be charged for in month one of your contract. Additionally if you purchase new telephone hardware, this will be chargeable from month one.
- If you terminate your contract within the initial term for any reason, there will be Early Termination Charges and this will include a charge for the initial three months that were provided free of charge.
- Your contract will be contingent upon a valid Direct Debit mandate being in place. If you cancel your Direct Debit for any reason (or you fail to pay amounts as they become due) you will be invoiced for the first three months of your contract (in addition to any charges that may apply in relation to your non-payment.)
