Terms and conditions
- The “Guaranteed” offer is promoted by YB Communications Limited, trading as Northern Telecom and is available to new customers or existing customers who do not currently have mobile services with us.
- We guarantee to beat any network direct pricing on Vodafone, O2 and EE for SIM only tariffs on voice data or data only, with nearest equivalent like for like pricing.
- Where a reasonable like for like price cannot be quoted, we will quote on the nearest equivalent (lower data allowance) tariff.
- The ‘guarantee’ does not include tariffs obtained indirectly from networks, tariffs provided by Three or tariffs specifically for IoT or M2M applications.
- If we are unable to beat an eligible quote within 7 working days, we’ll provide a credit of £100 against services (for existing customers) or a voucher with the equivalent value for non-customers.
