Northern Telecom is pleased to announce that it has successfully earned accreditation for two internationally recognised standards: ISO9001:2015 and IS027001. Speaking about the achievement Managing Director Jon Graves said: “It became clear in March that this was going to be a tough year for businesses. As a team we were determined not to be beaten by the Covid-19 pandemic and we took the decision to do our utmost to come out of 2020 in a stronger position than we started the year. One of the tasks we set ourselves was to gain accreditation for Quality Management and Information Security Management systems”.
“Leading Management System specialist QMS were given the task of carrying out initial consultancy and working with the Northern Telecom management team to identify the changes we needed to make to our business to earn accreditation. I’m impressed that the team were able to pass an audit and earn accreditation just two months after the initial consultancy”.
